For years the intersection of 28 and North has been dangerous. Work has recently been done, but now there are more traffic lights than lanes in each direction. Stated simply, a dedicated arrow light does no good if one is stuck behind a car going straight. What is the ultimate plan for this intersection? Having more lights than lanes has created a different sort of dangerous, because drivers are confused.
