You may want to contact by phone the team at Arlington County responsible for sidewalks - since this presents an immediate hazard.
I think this is the number to call - though I'm sure they can refer you to the right place if it is not.

Thank you for your comment, I already spoke to them directly and altho I'm out of town at the moment, I believe I saw that it was remedied immediately.
Arlington is a wonderful community!!
