The design mimics the railway station, and if you read the HDC's guidelines as to what's acceptable for design it doesn't fly. Worse, the location of the entry on that side street will bind up traffic into and out of the Point and Goat Island.
Dumb idea, at least as well thought out as the Seaweed Harvester and probably as expensive.
