Deskripsyon

The angled windows on the top floor can redirect a very strong beam of light from the sun into the eyes of northbound drivers on the parkway. This happened to me about 10:45am on July 23. The condition may not happen frequently but when it does it is bad.

This is the view that is of concern. At two times a year that building has skylight windows that reflects the sun directly into the eyes of drivers.
