Description
Cops regularly force non-Glastonbury residents to leave Cotton Hollow even though it is a beautiful space that should be shared with everyone. Meanwhile I've never seen a cop do something there that could actually be a service to public safety, like removing broken glass or ensuring that people don't bring glassware in the first place. The cops hang out there like thugs, eager to ruin a kid's day.

Our sincere apologies for the lack of response. This web service was set up without the knowledge or approval of our organization and we were never informed that residents would have the ability to report issues through this platform. Since we did not know this site existed, no one has been monitoring this for requests or inquiries. I apologize for this inconvenience. The Town of Glastonbury does have its own Service Request system available at www.glastonbury-ct.gov/citizenrequest. Here you can submit anything from a pothole report to a fallen tree, and you actually have the ability to receive updates as we work to resolve your issue. We invite you to please use that platform for reporting future requests so that the appropriate Town staff can respond promptly. Thanks very much for your request and we hope you find our request system helpful in the future.
