No one listens

DPW use to maintain this property until Mr. Petrillo did work on his building. A beautiful shade tree was taken down and the little island removed. So who is suppose to maintain it now? It looks terrible.

Every flag should be bright and free of tears especially the one in front of the Town Hall. Years ago flags would be put up in the morning and taken down in the afternoon but now they are left up all of the time and forgotten about. These flags should be replaced on a regular basis. Show your pride by respecting our flag!

Another park where no dogs are allowed yet there is a pet waste station? Come on no dogs no waste common sense.

People think this little league field is used as a dog park! I do hand mowing in this park and I can't even count how many piles I have stepped in. Post a no dog sign instead of a pooper scooper sign.

This rooming house is listed as having 15 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms why are they not required to have a dumpster for their trash? This past winter they were allowed to park in the library parking lot overnight, where there is suppose to be no overnight parking as in all municipal lots, which created a problem for plowing?

YMCA has a dumpster in a parking space on the railroad right of way. It is my understanding it should have a fence around it and it should be on private property.

I reported equipment left o the railroad right if way 2 weeks ago. There is still one trailer on the right of way as well as 2 cement pipes snd a trailer down in the brook area. Are they going to be removed by the town?

The railroad right of way on Gould St. is being used by Cimina Contracting for storage! I have verbally reported the offense to the DPW but as you can see he is adding more pieces everyday. Is the town still renting the space or is he using it for illegal storage?

As a DPW employee I needed to open up catch basins yesterday before the rain. When I came upon this pickup truck parked in a "no parking" zone and directly on top of one of the drains. I called the police and reported 5 cars parked in front of "No Parking" signs and on the sidewalk! It is the next day and low and behold the truck is in same spot along with other vehicles?

I have verbally reported this rotted picnic table at the tot park at Recreation Park for several years and it is still deteriorating. If it can't be fixed remove it.
