East Point came by today and picked up leaves and debris but they will not pick up this pile that has been here for months. I asked why and I was told that the owner of the property closest to it has to call it in. This is ridiculous! The sidewalk is obstructed. Furthermore, right next to it is a previous report that I sent regarding two mattresses that are dumped next to an illegal dumping sign. East Point... You can do better!
