On May 8th, 2023, at approximately 9:00 a.m., I arrived at 31 Earl Avenue and after introducing myself to the occupants who are Salve Regina University students. I explained to them the nature of the complaints that had been received. All four occupants assured be that they will keep the noise level down and be quiet when returning home in the future. I then made contact with the owner of 31 Earl Avenue, James & Reilly Miller of 18 Lee Avenue. They were informed of the complaints being received with them assuring me they will follow-up with speaking to occupants. Lease was produced. Rental Dwelling Registration for 1/1/2023-12/31/2023 on file.
